Agent AI Chat ("Agent AI Chat", "we", "us") is operated by Zihad Hosan, an individual based in Bangladesh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between Agent AI Chat and the person or organization that creates an account ("Customer", "you"). Contact: hello@zihadhosan.dev.
Agent AI Chat is a hosted service that lets a Customer configure a knowledge base (business content and FAQs) and embed an AI-powered chat widget on their own website. The widget answers visitor questions by generating responses grounded in the Customer's configured content, using a third-party large language model provider (see Section 9). We do not review or endorse the content Customers upload, and the widget is only as accurate as the content it is grounded in.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately at hello@zihadhosan.dev of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practicable.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (FAQs, business information). You grant us a license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — including sending it to our LLM provider to generate grounded responses to your website visitors' questions. The widget is designed to decline out-of-scope questions rather than guess, but AI-generated responses may still be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing the content you configure and for how you present the widget to your visitors (e.g. not representing it as a human agent where that would be misleading or unlawful).
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our billing partner and Merchant of Record, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax; we do not receive or store your card details. If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period and may be suspended if the failure isn't resolved — see your plan details for the current terms. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked from your billing settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On deletion, your content and end-visitor chat data are erased in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for how you use widget output in your own business — including not relying on it for decisions where an incorrect answer could cause harm (e.g. medical, legal, or safety-critical guidance) without human review.
Operating the Service involves the following sub-processors, listed in full in our Data Processing Addendum: our database and hosting infrastructure, our LLM provider (which processes chat content to generate responses), and Lemon Squeezy (billing).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent AI Chat's total liability arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
